16·2 HOW SIZING WORKS

No surprises
on the invoice.

Sized before work starts
Tell us what you need. We confirm the size, and so the price, before any work begins.
Sized by the work, not the clock
A ticket is sized by how much work the change would take an engineer, not by how quickly our AI engine does it.
If it turns out bigger
We tell you before going further. You choose: upgrade the size, split it into smaller tickets, or stop.
Bigger than Large
Quoted as a project. We say so up front, and you decide whether to go ahead.
If something we delivered is wrong
We fix defects in what we delivered, free of charge, for 30 days after delivery.
Taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes. GST applies to clients in India.
