Client data is processed within the client's own infrastructure or QUAICU's controlled environment, as agreed in writing. We also collect account information, usage metadata, and contact information, to deliver our services and respond to enquiries.
We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising. Zero-trust security principles applied across all systems.
These terms cover the services QUAICU Solutions Private Limited provides: ongoing engineering support, billed per ticket, and new platform builds. The scope, fees and timelines of each engagement are set out in a written agreement.
Clients own the deliverables QUAICU creates for them once those deliverables are paid for. QUAICU retains ownership of its AI engine, Governance Kernel, tools, methods and pre-existing materials, and grants the client a non-exclusive license to use any of them that are embedded in a deliverable.
Client retains full ownership of its data.
